Dr. Eric T. Broe

Dr. Broe’s interest in dental work began in his teenage years when he had to get braces to straighten his smile, which transformed his confidence. As a result, he realized that he wanted to be able to positively influence patient’s lives the same way and that dentistry was the perfect field to do that.

Dr. Broe began his education at Florida State University where he earned an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Mathematics and started as an offensive tackle on the football team. From there, he attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry to achieve his dental doctorate.

Since finishing his formal training, Dr. Broe has remained dedicated to continuing educational opportunities so he can offer the most current treatment options near Ponte Vedra Beach. He also actively participates with prestigious organizations, including the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association, so you can trust that your smile is in skilled hands.

Dr. Farpour Nami

Dr. Nami initially studied an entirely different topic when he began his formal education. He started his college career studying kinesiology at the Tehran University and California State University of Northridge, which is the scientific study of how the human body moves. When he eventually became interested in the field of dentistry, there was no turning back.

After pursuing his dental doctorate from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, Dr. Nami wanted to expand his knowledge, skills, and abilities. He completed advanced trainings in various topics, including root canal therapy, Invisalign, oral surgery, and advanced socket grafting using platelet-rich fibrin (PRF).

Today, Dr. Nami is committed to ongoing education in dental implants, digital dentistry, extraction techniques and socket preservation, phlebotomy, and other specialized treatments utilizing cutting-edge technology and techniques.

As if his extensive education wasn’t impressive enough, Dr. Nami also participates with several professional organizations to remain current with latest treatment options. He’s a valued member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Osseointegration, and SPEAR Education.

Dr. Nami and his wife moved near Ponte Vedra Beach not longer ago and enjoy traveling to explore national and state parks, cooking together in the kitchen, and staying active biking or running outdoors. Dr. Nami also enjoys getting lost in a good book or planning his family’s next adventures.

“Palm Leaf Dental is great start to finish - The front desk staff is always so welcoming, kind, and patient. My most recent dental hygienist, Jazmin, was thorough, gentle, and informative. Her relaxed demeanor made the cleaning easy and (dare I say?) enjoyable! All of my more complex dental procedures have had excellent and lasting outcomes. She also ensured my pain was well managed every step of the way. I can’t speak highly enough regarding this dental practice and I’m grateful I found them since moving to the area from out of state.”

I Need a Checkup & Cleaning

Children and adults are welcome in our dental office near Ponte Vedra Beach and can expect to receive detailed preventive care. Whether it’s a six-month dental checkup and cleaning, dental sealants, an athletic mouthguard, or even an oral cancer screening, we are equipped to make every patient’s experience one of a kind and nothing but the best. By incorporating updated technologies, we can deliver more accurate diagnoses and prepare prompt and precise treatment plans.

I Want to Enhance My Smile

If your confidence is lacking and you need help to make a good first impression, our dentists are here to make sure you walk away with a beautiful, radiant smile. Instead of hiding your teeth because of years of coffee stains, chips, or unsightly gaps, we can help you shine in the spotlight with professional teeth whitening, custom veneers near Ponte Vedra Beach, gum recontouring, and more. We also provide fully customized smile makeovers if a more comprehensive approach is required.

I Am Missing One Or More Teeth

Improved oral function and aesthetics are now possible thanks to three widely used and prominent restorative solutions: dental bridges, dentures near Ponte Vedra Beach, and dental implants. Each provides a beneficial way to replace multiple missing teeth or entire arches, depending on your unique needs. Whether you prefer a non-invasive approach that uses clasps, natural teeth, or adhesives to hold your teeth in place, or you’d rather pursue optimal stability with surgical implant placement, we have the services that will take your confidence and overall well-being to a new level. We’ll meet with you for a consultation to discuss which option is right for you.

I Am Worried About Bleeding Gums

Bleeding gums and inflammation are not to be avoided or dismissed; otherwise, you risk the potential for additional bone and tooth loss as well as more serious health-related conditions (i.e., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, etc.). Fortunately, our dentists near Ponte Vedra Beach offer scaling and root planing if we discover signs of gum disease. By removing bacteria and plaque from affected areas of your teeth and gums, we can encourage proper healing over time and boost your oral and overall health.

I Am in Pain & Need Help

We never want any of our patients to suffer in silence; instead, we encourage everyone to call our office as soon as an injury occurs so that we can determine how quickly you need to come in for an appointment. The moment you walk through our doors, we’ll move you into a treatment room and begin addressing your pain. Once we compile all the necessary information, we’ll begin crafting a treatment plan to get to the root of the problem and restore your smile to its former beauty and function.

If you have dental insurance, you can often significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs. Palm Leaf Dental is in-network with Delta Dental, Humana, MetLife, United Healthcare, and the VA Dental Network.

For patients without insurance or those needing more flexibility, we also partner with CareCredit, a fantastic financing company that allows you to split your payments into manageable monthly installments.

What level of education is required to be a dentist?

Not everyone can be a dentist. It takes years of training and dedication to obtain the privilege of serving your community. In most cases, aspiring dentists-to-be earn an undergraduate degree in a science-related field. Afterward, they must complete a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, followed by continuing education to stay current with new technology and techniques.

Dr. Broe earned his dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, while Dr. Nami completed his doctorate at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Together, they bring advanced education, hands-on experience, and a passion for helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.
