Dental Crowns

When a tooth needs protection against reinfection or damage, a dental crown can be used. Placed over the compromised structure, it produces a stronger, functional tooth that blends in with the existing smile because of the EMAX, zirconia, and other natural materials that can be used. With optimal care, they can improve the health of your smile for 10-15 years.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

While cavities may be a common occurrence, they don’t necessarily require highly invasive forms of treatment. Instead, we use tooth-colored fillings near Ponte Vedra Beach that consist of a color-matched composite resin. More flexible than amalgam, it will not expand or cause an unsightly aesthetic. Instead, it will produce a tight seal that is virtually unnoticeable to anyone other than our dental team.

CEREC Same-Day Crowns

If you’d rather avoid multiple dental appointments or having to wear a temporary crown, you can opt to receive a CEREC same-day crown. Made using CAD/CAM technology, we can scan the treated tooth to create a digital model that is then sent to our in-house milling unit. From there, your customized crown is crafted based on unique specifications, allowing us to secure it in place the same day.

Dental Inlays & Onlays

Inlays and onlays are often referred to as partial crowns. They use the existing tooth as a base and fit the inlay or onlay onto the tooth. This is done to strengthen the tooth, restore its shape, and prevent further damage.

The decayed area of the tooth is first removed during the procedure. A mold of the tooth is then taken and sent to a dental lab. They create a restoration made from porcelain, gold, or composite resin. The restoration takes about 2-3 weeks to make, so a temporary inlay or onlay will be placed on the tooth for that time. During your next visit, the inlay or onlay will be placed into your mouth and set with cement. Your tooth will look natural, and you or anyone else won't be able to tell the difference!

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

If you come to us with multiple chipped, cracked, or decayed teeth, we may suggest full mouth rehabilitation. This method of treatment combines two or more restorative services that are designed to address complex dental issues. By streamlining the approach, we can restore your smile in a timely and successful manner.
